I live in Tucson, Arizona which wouldn't be so bad if I could get out of here every three months to see the world. That hasn't happened lately. I work at Canyon Ranch where I have been for 21 years, I'm going for 25! Some days I don't think I'll make it.
I have many outside interests to keep me happy. I have 2 girls 18 and 11 who I am very close to.
My favorite thing to do is visit a cemetery. I absolutely love it when I pass one traveling and go explore, I love the beautiful art, the history and I find it to be the most peaceful place I could be. Most times I plan my vacations around a certain cemetery I want to see. I want to see Ireland, Italy, Egypt, Figi, Easter Island. My favorite place to be is at the beach. I also discovered last year I completely loved Savannah, Georgia. I liked the idea that even though there were some very dilapidated areas it still had such beauty. It was slower there, more relaxed, I could instantly imagine a quiet life there. I am constantly on a quest for my surroundings to slow down, I think that's why I enjoy old movie's so much. Even though technology has advanced the world in so many wonderful ways I feel we lost something significant in the process, when I watch old movie's I feel almost sad. We will never be able to go back to that time.
I am very interested in history from the 1880's to the late 1930's. I absolutely love the architecture from this period.
